Bood.....James Bood. With those immortal words the world was introduced to the charismatic 007, the brain child of lan Fleming. The film premiered at the London Pavilion on 5th October 1962 to both critical and public acclaim. Variety magazine announced as a screen hero, James Bond is clearly here to stay.
Bond is instructed to investigate a U.S. emquiry about interference to their rocket launches of Cape Canaveral. Bond is sent to Jamaica, the suspected nerve centre from where the interference is emanating, to stifle the plans of his arch enemy SPECTRE'S delegate, Dr. No, who will stop at nothing to get the world into the evil clutches of his metallic hands. Only Bond, his trusty Walther PPK and the sultry vision from the ocean, Honey Ryder (Ursula Andress), are standing in his way.

The second in the 007 series finished filming on 23rd August,1963 and opened two months later in the Odeon Theatre, Leicester Square, London, becoming the top money making film of the year in the U.K. In his second assignment, James Bood must collect a beautiful Russion Agent defecting with a valuable cypher machine know as Lektor. Unknown to M and 007, SPECTRE'S No.1 agent, Ernst Stavro Blofeld is behind the Scheme. Not only is it his intention to set the Russians at odds with the British and to profit on selling the Lektor machine back to the Russians, but Blofeld also wants to avenge Dr. No's death by luring Bond to his own demise.
From Russia With Love remains one of the most popular of the Bond films with its pre-title sequence, the credits projected onto the female belly dancers and witty one-liners.

Roger Moore's debut as 007 begins, as in the very first Bond film, Dr. No, on an island in Jamaica. Filming began as Bond leads his enemis on a spectacular 150 mph speedboat chase through the louisiana Bayou and for the first three weeks, all of the scenes shot were pure action - Bond didn't utter a single line. Is it any wonder that from a mute initiation Moore's attributed trademark become the raised eyebrow! Jane Seymour plays the tarot reading Solitaire who loses her powers and innocence to the charms (and deception)of James Bond. Yaphet Kotto provides a perfect villain as Dr. Dananga in this exotic episode in the Bond series.

The first of the aquatic Bond films, Thunderball had a budget of $ 5.6m spent mostly on the incredible underwater set and photography. Some of the unique gadgtry supplied by Q includes the jet pack which propels Bond into a unique flying escape.
When casting the role of beautiful Bong girl, Domino, English actress Julie Christie was considered for the role but it was eventually offered to former Miss France, Claudine Auger, who was thought to have more of the assets required for the voluptuous role.
SPECTRE needs money and hatches a plan to hold Britain to ransom. They hijack a Vulcan bomber carrying two atomic bombs on board and threaten to detonate the bombs 100m in uncut diamonds are delivered. All 00 agents are put on the case but only James Bond has a lead which take him to Nassau and a confrontation with Emilio Largo, his sharkinfested.....
